I. In-Game Rules * An administrator reserves the right to have the hidden mode "toggled" at any time, it is not your concern if a staff member is hidden or not. * There is no spamming whatsoever. If you spam or even threaten to spam, you will be permemntly banned from the Server, including the forums. (This includes any bots such; SYI, AllGoFree, BlitzBot etc.) * Advertising or mentioning a server name is not tolerated. You will be warned or suspended depending on the severity of the issue. * Racism is not tolerated what so ever. Any racist remarks of any race in any kind, will result in an immediate IP BAN. * It is alright to swear once in a while. Staff Members do not like it 'nor will they tolerate such excessive swearing. This also includes flaming. * Disrespecting Staff Member(s) is an immediate mute, if there is any swearing directed toward staff member(s). The staff member(s); as such are allowed to take any action against the player.(Ban/Mute/Mark) * Teaming in a fight is not allowed, if so however a user or group is teaming, an proof should be shown to any staff member. However, tagging and PJing (Player Jumping) is not considered teaming. This rule does not apply to multi-combat areas such as Varrock Wilderness. * If you are caught in a situation where someone is breaking the rules, do not include any information as the following; "Banned", "Reported", "Picced", "Screenied", "Vidded" etc. If so, you will be warned or muted for a period of time. * False accusations [that result in spreading and growing problems for owners] is not allowed, please do not name call, point fingers, or use any terms in relation to "glitcher", "hacker", "infinite hp cheater". * Users are allowed to loot, although it is strictly prohibited to create a low level account, and loot. We will be the judge of the account. Excessive looting is also prohibited, we will be the final judge on "excessive". Users who violate this rule will be given a ban placed on both accounts, and no loot will be given back. * Using alternatives, which includes glitches, modified clients, or anything that will help you gain an unfair game-play advantage is prohibited. You will be caught immediately and will be given a permanent ban. This includes [but is not limited to] no-clipping. * If you loose any items in a trade, we are not held responsible, and will not return any items back. We do apologize for the inconvenience however, but there is nothing that we can or will do to restore your lost items. * "X Logging" or closing the screen without pressing the log out button is a strict rule, and will be punished as needed. Despite the delay, punishments will be thrown. * Scamming is strictly prohibited, the user that has scammed will be banned. However, the item that has been scammed will not be returned unless if you have adequate proof. II. Forum RulesLast Updated: March 1, 2009 * Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning. (see consequences below) * Members should post in a respectful way to other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to an immediate suspension. * Trolling disturbs and corrupts our intended friendly, pleasant community environment. It is neither welcome 'nor tolerated here and will result with an immediate suspension. * Members are asked to not act as "back seat moderators". We have moderators that are active most of the time. If you would like to help the moderating team, you may always use the report button, this will send a PM to every staff member. Do not ever abuse this feature, if however the feature is abused, there will be immediate consequences. Members who consistently "act" as moderators may be warned. Members who aren't moderators and say they are will be immediately suspended. * Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Any disturbing posts [which includes but is not limited to], posting profanity, pornographic content, generally offensive text, offensive images, and offensive links will not be tolerated and will lead to a warning. * Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning and their post will be removed. * Members should post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". That being said, users should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or colored text, etc. Similarly, users should not SHOUT (Caps) or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Users consistently abusing this will be warned. * Members should use an appropriate, descriptive title when posting a new topic. Examples of bad titles include; "Halp@#!@#!#@!$!", "TEAMERZ!", "OMG HE ABUSE!", etc. Examples of good titles include; "Please help me, I found a bug", "X Staff Member Abuses His/Her Powers", and so on... * Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes advertising your website without permission, along with double posting, triple posting, etc.; making numerous topics regarding the same issue is also considered "spamming". * The staff reserves the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to staff and not users. * The above forum rules where applicable also apply to private messaging, included the in-game. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revoking you ability to Private Message a user. * Having more than one forum account on Fadedpkz is prohibited. If you are having trouble accessing your account, contact an Administrator. Members who create more than one account can expect a ban along with a rating deduction. of the topic. You may always create more then 1 account in-game. If you are willing to let people who you are, you may do so by posting or including it in your signature.(Please look at signature rules below) III. Signatures * Signatures may contain up to five(5) lines (one line being that displayed on a browser opened to 800px width) of text (of small or normal size) and/or one image, a valid combination includes; a single image of no more than 300px high, 500px wide and 200KB in size. Signatures containing an image this large may also include one line of small size text. Signatures containing an image of 20px high may include up to three lines of small size text or two lines of normal size text. Images of 50px height or less may allow up to three lines of normal size text or four lines of small size text. * Text sizes should be between 9 and 12 (small and/or normal). Text in signatures is subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, warez, etc. * Links are partially permitted in signatures. Such links may not be made to other RuneScape Websites, commercial ventures are allowed. Links are included within the text and image limits above. Links to offensive or illegal sites will be removed, and the user will be warned. This also includes any advertising of such servers. * Users abusing any of the following rules will be warned on a 20% scale. IV. Avatars * Users are permitted to utilize a gallery avatar or to link to one of their own. User defined avatars are to be no larger than 120 pixels square, contain no image which attempts to portray the user as having an official status here (e.g. mimicking ranks or copying avatars of team members), may not exceed 50KB in file size and have a consistently high availability (i.e. links to images on slow servers or those prone to failure may be removed). * Avatars are subject to the same conditions as posts with respect decency, etc. * Users abusing these rules will be warned and/or may lose their avatar privileges.
